(CATI)
Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing

Perceptive Market Research has over 35 Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) stations for surveys conducted anywhere worldwide. Highly trained multi-cultural and bi-lingual interviewers help you gather the information you need to make educated decisions based on credible, nonbiased data.

Based on the project criteria, we select the interview team, train them, and test them to ensure they are well-versed on the requirements for the project.

Our Interview Teams Are Experienced In:

Successfully conducting interviews from 5 to 60 minutes in length
Interviewing seven days a week, day or night
Utilizing computerized interviewing techniques which maximize interview results
Conducting surveys worldwide with an understanding of unique societal aspects
Interviewing individuals from all walks of life including physicians, top level executives and community leaders.

Most projects require half-day training sessions for the interview staff to ensure maximum effectiveness.  Questionnaires are scripted on our computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) stations to meet all branch and skip pattern assignments and quick data entry needs.  This intensive training and scripting makes the interviewing process more efficient for the interviewer, and easier for the interviewee, thus increasing completion rates for the survey.  Each successfully completed interview is automatically archived for future documentation and availability to our client.
